I Hold The Power Of The WHITE BINDER

I hold the POWER!!! lol. I was approved by the Dr.'s office and I just have some things to do as far as getting the right ppl to hurry and fax stuff to them... I thought that was already done and it wasnt, so I am going to have to get after the ppl at my PCP office. I am happy, but oh so tired! I am about to go to bed. I will write more later tomorrow. I am planning on going and checking out a new gym in town. Thanks for the good thoughts and Jan, I told Dr. H hello for you... He said to tell u hello and you are always on this internet, lol. He said you are a great mentor and really know your stuff. I really appreciate all the time you have taken out of your day to help me and others with questions that we have had and just helping me relax. I mean it from my heart. You have helped me ALOT!! Thanks for the compliments but it is through the grace of God that i do anything at all.  Yippee that you now have the great white binder. it has a lot of good information in it ,read and study and learn it thru and thru. Has wonderful info in there no matter what stage you are in.  Will be looking for you to come ot the support meetings , they are an important part of your learning and healing . not just before but for years afterwards too. I really think being a part of the support group helps a lot with the sucess of your surgery.  see you soon.

I remember being excited when I got my binder too I read it and didn't find much information in there that I didn't already know I personally think they need to update it and add things that aren't in there.  I actually just threw mine away the other day cause I couldn't find a place for it.   Good luck with your upcoming surgery!
