saw brenda today

I stopped by to see brenda today when i was out and about seeing my patients.  I didn't have as much time as i would have liked to spend with her, but i can tell you she is such a delight and she looked GREAT.  She looked like she had slept and was refreshed....she asked me  to tell you all "whoooohoooo it's all over".  She was patiently waiting for her barium swallow so she could get rid of some tubes and looking forward to that first bite of jello.....

I am so glad that she is doing well.  I will be a bothwell this Sunday for a Seminar.  Looking forward to it.  Nancy if you see her again please let her know we are all happy for her. Kerri

I stopped by there yesterday around lunch time to see her and she was sleeping.  I didn't wake her, that would be rude.. I did see her hubby though.  He was coming out of the elevator as I was going in it.  He said they checked for leaks, and all is well.  They took her off the PCA and all of her tubes and things and she had been up and about, and he was going to go in and they were going to do some more laps.  He said Dr. H said everything looked good and if all went well, she would be released today!  YAY!   That's all I know...
