I'm off to the city today!

Good morning everyone! I'm off to Kansas City this morning for my day of appointments at St. Luke's. First I'll be meeting with Tricia, then Thelma, then Bridget. I'm pretty excited that I'm knocking out three of the required visits in one day. Then the only thing left for me to do is the sleep study. I am going to ask if I can do it down here in Clinton. The doctor *****ads the results is a doctor from St. Luke's so I'm hoping they'll let me. Anyone know about this? I saw my PCP on Monday and asked for a letter stating that I'm "medically cleared" for surgery. She is totally supportive of my choice. She said it's the best thing for me to do right now. I love her! She seriously is a great doctor and it means A LOT to have her full support. I see my endo on May 12 and am a bit nervous about how he'll react to my news. He intimidates me. He is an excellent doctor, but just intimidating. Well, I hope all of you are having a blessed day. I am loving this nice weather. I've been outside and active every day this week. I'll probably update tonight when I get back from my appointments. Brandy

Brandy good for you in getting 3 of your meetings overwith on one day. good that your pcp is supportive , mine was too altho she admitted she didnt know a lot about what i would need afterwards so i have been educating her too. lol   Endo doc doesnt have to approve but would be nice i guess.  Be carefull traveling today and report back when you can.
