Tricare Psychologist Questionaire?

Hello all I was wondering of those here that have tricare insurance Military did you have to take a 567 T/F questionaire?  Some type of personality test?  I took it today and it took one hour and 30 min.  WOW.  Weird questions too like " Do you think that there are evil things controling your mind" and then are you afarid of the dark?  What is up with that.  I am soooo glad it is over. that is just a standardize test that they give with questions stated different ways , and how you answer them gives them something lol. Seems to me that if you are asked no matter how many ways a questions you would answer it the same way.   Nancy what is the name of this test i have forgotten....

I have tricare and didn't hve to take that test. I just got asked a bunch of questions by the doc and was in and out in about 1/2 hr/ 45 minutes. I had my psych eval done back in February though so maybe somethings changed since then.

I have tricare, but the therapist I chose has done quite a few of these evals and specializes in obesity and weight issues so I got an "interview" that lasted about 1.5 hours.  A report was compiled and then sent to tricare....no questionaires here.  Probably varies from therapist to therapist.
