Sublingual Boitin
I dunno about sublingual biotin but I take the 5000 mcg 2 times a day and my hair is looking and feeling MUCH better....I sure was worried about it...it got very brittle and thin for awhile
I imagine lack of Protien didnt help much either so I upped that also.
my hair loss started about 3 months out. I am almost 10 months out now and its just now feeling like my old hair! yea!
I also dyed it a darker color so it would also appear thicker than it is,

I don't know about SL Biotin, but when I was doing my research online I ran across a gal who swears by a vitamin called Silica Complex that they sell on www.puritan.com . It has calcium, magnesium, zinc, and horsetail root in it. I started taking it before surgery and at this point...almost 6 weeks out...i have LESS hair loss than I did BEFORE surgery. I know everyone has posted that theirs didn't start until 3 months out or so...that will be the real test to see if mine changes when i get to that point. My hairdresser also encouraged me to use better shampoo....she put me on nexxus products AND told me to try and refrain from using hair products and not to wa**** every day...honestly since i switched to nexxus i can go every 3 days. My hair feels great too. But like I said...the 3 month mark will be the real test I think.
Hey I found some sublingual b-12 and b complex at walmart, it unfortunately isn't all the b we need, it doesn't have thiamine, but I think it has everything else. I went ahead and bought some until the liquid stuff I ordered comes in. I will tell you , DO NOT BUY liquid b complex with alcohol in it!! Marjie told me to break up the doses to 3x a day, and still it was just to strong, i puked all night!!!
