I'm so ashamed!!!

Hello to all,   I am so ashamed to have been out of the loop for so long! But it seems I dont have enough hours in the day to do all that needs to be done and then find time to post on here too! I know that is no excuse because everyone else finds the time!     Currently I am running back and forth to the gym daily and trying to get in an hour to and hour and half for my exercise in the pool. I am specifically now working on my thighs and hip area. Trying my best to avoid having to have plastic surgery someday. For those of you whom I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet, I had my surgery March 7, 07 and am down from 298 to 169... Surgery was not a pleasant experience for me as I faced some real battles afterward. But I am not one to dwell on the negative and the past. I am well now and doing great. Fortunately that is why I am so busy, because I am so well!!! lol I can do so much more with my grandkids and am trying to figure a time right now to take a couple of them to Silver Dollar City so we can ride the rides. I cant wait to buckle into those things....because as you all know too well, we didnt fit into them before!! I hope to be on here a little more often now so let me get to know all you newbies!!!  See ya around.....Sugar

Hi Sugar- so nice to meet you.  Let me start off by complimenting you on having such a sweet sister- Jan has been sooo much help to me as I get started with WLS.  So it's nice to met another member of the family!  You said a great thought...I'm so busy, because I am so well !!!  That is a great line!

I can't believe I'll miss meeting you at the next meeting!  I've been to that meeting once, and a few others along the way.  But that is the meeting that I prefer and plan to be a regular at.  My surgery is the date of the next meeting so I'm pretty sure I'll be at the May meeting as a new post-op.

Terry and Vickie Sims, did they work at Mass (McKession- Milbrook) the name changed on the place, but I believe I worked with them back when it was called Mass Merchandisers.  I think I took a computer class from Terri once at the Jr. College....  I think I'm thinking of the right couple...They had not been married too terribly long back in those days- If I am, they were really nice folks and were a lot of fun to work with.  I worked in Advertising back then, and then over in payroll.  That has been many many moons ago! hahaa

I'm coughing os deep and can't stop, think I'm going to take my medicine and call it a day.  It has been a long time since 7 this morning.  It is a 3½ hr. drive from Mom's in Sheridan, and it sure rained hard in parts of my drive today.
