Medicare Question

I read that Medicare pays 80%, but I have medicaid as a secondary insurance. Does that mean Medicaid will pay the remaining balance?

I had my surgery over 2 yrs ago but I didn't have any out of pocket exspence with medicare/medicaid.  I was going to use Dr H and he didn't ask for anything from me either.  I did change surgery types and still didn't have to pay anything.  I was very lucky I was readmitted to the hospital after surgery, for 30 days and wasn't booted out, of course I went back another 30 days later and had surgery again and still wasn't charged anything.  That was 2 yrs ago and I know things have changed, with the EOC or ECO which ever it is had made things harder to get approved good luck with your journey.
