Pre six months diet exercise weight 246. Day of surgery, 220. 16 months post-op 131. Total lost 115 pounds. Was a size 22 pants - now a size 5 to 7. And, best of all, I'm no longer type II diabetic, hypertensive or hypercholesterol. Being healthy is reward enough - the smaller clothes are just icing on the cake (bad metaphor).

Cannot wait until 4/28 to see everyone at Circle of Friends. Hope by then the rheumatoid arthritis med will have kicked in and I'll have some relief.

Hugs and loveys,

Lana

"WLS is about making better choices, a healthier lifestyle and seeing how little you can eat.  Portion control is the key to all weight loss surgeries.  Bottom line - it isn't how much you can eat - it is how little you can eat."
