Support groups in kansas City area

I have looked and looked and have not found any support groups in the Kansas City area.  If anyone knows of any, please let me know.  Thank you ~ Stephanie

There is one in Lees Summit the 4th Monday of each month at 7pm it's off from 470 and woods chapel road I think? Someone will probably post the exact address for you?

Do you know who sponsors it?

It's an OH group the learder's name is Colette Swan her user id is mecoswan if you want to contact her.  She is a nurse and she had the surgery can't remember how long ago but I know it's been way over a year?  She is a very good leader and the group is very supportive you should try it!

Stephanie, You can go to www.kcbariatric.com an click on News and Events and then the link to Support Group Info and see when SMMC is having their support group meetings.  There are two groups that meet, one at SMMC and one at Hillcrest Church on Vivion in the Northland. Bill
