MUCH Better Day Today! I Saw My Nutritionist.
Today, was a much better day for me. Yesterday, I had vented on here because I am frustrated with my nut! I am doing much better today, since I saw the Nutritionist. We talked about portions do and dont of food and she gave me this nifty little scale that is portable!! How cool is that? It was a great visit and I feel that I learned alot in our visit and alot I already knew. But, still it helped and got me all excited all over again for the visit! YAY!!!
