Hello everyone,
On Jans Whats Happening Post for today-she has asked if anyone wants or needs an angel-and if anyone wants to volunteer to be an angel. I wanted to post this-just in case you missed it in her Whats Happening Post.
If your a newbie and you dont know what this entails-your "angel" is someone that you will call (your support person calls-LOL, you wont be calling from the recovery room!) after the surgery goes well, and they will post your info here so we are all updated. In most cases, your angel is post-op, and they can answer questions for you, but occasionally, they can pre-op too.
If your interested in having an angel or being an angel-please go to Jans Whats Happening post for Thursday and let her know or post here-thats okay too. Have a good day everyone-and if your a newbie and waiting for the surgery-I pray you have peace of mind and strength! Janet

Hey- your post makes a lot of sense to me. I'm new here and I consider everyone here an angel to me. The information is just off the charts great and so helpful.
I am on another forum and when I'm in the hospital or gone or whatever and need to post my progress, my daughter comes to my home computer and post for me that I'm ok or whatever. She loves doing this, it gives her something to do that she knows is very helpful to my friends and me. I'll have to tell her that she's been my angel many times and now has an official title! ha

Yes, I would love to be someone's wls angel. I was kinda a subsitute one for Bev B. I have a phone where I can call anyone at anytime (within the us) and it doesn't cost any extra. That helps!

Debbie-thanks for the prayers. Your family, ecspically your son, and your sons friends' family-are all in my prayers. My daughter went through that a few years back where they lost 4 teens she knew in a car accident on their way to KC. It really pulls on your heart strings. Im so sorry for what you are all going through. I am also praying for your daughter or DIL-about her job. Keep us posted, ok? Oh, and by the way-YOU LOOK FANTASTIC!!!!
well i am my husbands angel that is what he says.haha i would love to do it. since i am home all day anyway. and we all know how i love to talk.haha i would do it in a heartbeat. just tell me where and when and i will be on top of it.
