I am not supposed to have soy. Not a lot of it anyways.  Is there a good protein shake that does not have soy product in it?  Does anyone else have this problem?  If so, what shakes do you buy, and where do you get them-

Hey Jan- I'm still studying about surgery and what to eat etc.  The shake powdre you gave me I believe will work, but if I can find a soy-free brand that I like, it would be better for me over the long term.  Soy feeds the LAM disease that I have.  So, the lesser of it I have, the better.  But from what I'm understanding this is only a trace of Lecithin (oil from the soy) and it's function is to help the powder disolve or mix good, and is only a trace.  I've spent half the day looking up all that on the internet.
