What's for dinner?????

I posted a recipe for crockpot salsa chicken last week and I am making that today.  My question is what can I serve with it?  I got some brown rice but not sure how to make it mex. style or if maybe I should serve something else with it?  Need a good side dish to go with this recipe can you help???????? I made that and it was so good I didnt want anything else, but you could serve a Romain and baby spinich salad with sliced strawberries in your salad with light raspberry vinaigrette dressing, the dressing is wonderful.....vesta
