Frozen Snickers recipe
Blue Ribbon Frozen Snickers
12 ounces frozen vanilla yogurt or ice cream (fat free, sugar free) ( I used Bryer’s No Sugar Added vanilla extra creamy, double churned)
1 cup Cool Whip (Lite)3 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
1 small box sugar-free chocolate pudding, dry
3 graham cracker squares
¾ C. of dry roasted peanuts
Preparation:
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and place in an 8" x 8" baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour into dish, being careful not to disturb crumbs. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Cut into 8 equal portions
