I have been going through the shake recipes and I wonder do all the protein powder shakes have to be put in a blender? Years ago I did Medifast diet and I could just shake those in a little container and they were good. I especially liked them hot for breakfast.

thanks Brenda, i dont think you can have the fruit if you are on full liquid and i know right after surgery, fresh or frozen fruit is a no no untill you are given the go ahead.  Cant wait to meet you. We came thru on highway 62 from Rogers today but too tired .... Jan

I prefer a shaker to a blender.  I have tried the Whey Gourmet and not only great flavors but also, very shaker friendly..  I just bought nectar and it says it is stirrable with a spoon.. well, it is if you like it very clumpy..  anyone else had this problem with nectar?

I use Unjury and I stir it with a spoon.  The chocolate disolves very quickly. Good luck.
