I know it's been a long time and some of you are very anxious to hear news about how my surgery went. Well I am officially 1 month post op and down 81 lbs. It's been a long rough road but so worth it I feel so much better than I have in years. My Physical and Occupational therapist bought me a softball glove and softball as a going away present since my goal is to play ball again. I'm really excitied about that. I still have the trach and from what my doc says I'll be having it for about 6 months so 5 more months to go. Hopefully when I get home I can find a pulmonologist that will remove it. I'm soooooo tired of it. We're still in Indiana but from the looks of things and if all goes well we should be home next weekend. I soo miss my home and my dog and my family. Friday I go to get my trach changed and some training next week then I should be good to go. So please keep me in your prayers. My husband has been by my side the whole time and I honestly don't know what I'd do without him. He really ****** me off at times but when push comes to shove he's always right there making sure I'm comfortable and being treated right. I thank God for him every night. I'm not sure when I'll be able to get back on here but when I do I'll be sure to update you all. Thanks for the prayers and well wishes I hope everyone is good. Take Care!!! ~Angie!  ps Tammy if you'd like to call my number here is 317-841-5804--I work out 3 hours a day so you can usually catch me in my room after 4pm and I am an hour ahead of you all.
