New start schedule

I had Dr. Richardson three years ago for my surgery, so now my boyfriend plans to use him.  He is frustrated because he went to the seminar back in November, and every time he gets something done that the counselor tells him to do,  she adds something new!  Well I think the counselor is the idiot, I did not have any of the things to deal with that he has had.  Same program, same surgeon, same insurance...Question is this.  She turned all his paperwork into the surgeon for him to view, and write a letter for the insurance.  How long from now are we looking to get his surgery?  It has been too long for me to remember.  1
