WHATS HAPPENING FOR FRIDAY

GREAT GREAT NEWS!!!!! The biopsy reports are back on the knots in my neck, they are all negative for any abnormal cells , everything is good. She said that she would like for me to have another ultra sound in a year to see if they have grown any or anything but right now everything looks good. LOL guess unless im killed in a car wreck or something I will live to be 100 or longer lol so guess you all are stuck with me.

Wasn’t today a beautiful day? It got  up to 65 here today. We spent most of the day out in the yard picking up limbs and burning them. The wind started blowing hard for awhile but it calmed down after about 2 hours. I got 4 trays of seeds planted today too.

Friday we are going up to Springfield to the Home and Garden Show. I love doing that.

Joe said that was my valentines present. Lol I told him aren’t you afraid I will get more ideas of things to do? He said he didn’t think I could get more ideas than I already had.

My legs sure are peeling, when we were on St Martin we went to the beach and spent most of the day there. Needless to say I got my legs sunburned, now they are peeling something awful. The more I scrub and put on lotion the more they peel.

TRACI: I hope you had a great anniversary….

Do you enjoy doing home schooling? I think I would do that now if my kids were young . I am almost sure that I wouldn’t be sending them to public school.

I hope you have a great week end with the grandbaby and that she is good for you.

AMANDA G.: so who is the girl that is from Joplin ? I don’t recall. I know that one boy is from Blue Springs .Keep up the good work on your weight loss. It will be better than you ever imagined….

LANA: so good to see you. So what does this person have to know that they want to work with you?  Some sort of special skills? I just wondered since they haven’t found anyone.

Yeah you are so right about the weight loss surgery isnt for the faint of heart that is for sure. It is a life time commitment and wont change either.  Protein, water and vits. Those three things are what we need the most, and will always need , it will never change.

Cant wait to see you on the 25th.

CONNIE: lol I had to laugh at you abou****ching American Idol . That is cute.

Im glad your snow and ice is all gone,

Hey the next time school is out and your kids are fussing at each other maybe you could make some money off them and rent them out to do cleaning lol

Keep plugging along on the weight , and get plenty of protein and water in and the weight will come off. You are doing very very well .

PATTI: good to have you come on board. Hope it wont be the last we see of you. If your weight seems to have stalled out for a time. It seems like it will go downward for awhile and then you can measure and you will be losing inches instead of weight, then the weight loss will start up again. Also you might incease the protein and water intake and you will start losing again. If you haven’t measured yourself before you started all of this do so now then when you hit a snagg like this you will be able to see.

Well all my eyes and body is pretty tired tonight, I guess all the fresh air I got today is telling the tale.

BEV: where are you and how are you doing? Everyone is worried about you.

Debbie do you know how she is doing?

If any of you are going to be at Springfield Home and Garden Show tomorrow I will see you there. Hope I have lots to tell you after I go.

HUGS AND PRAYERS

GOD BLESS

Morning everyone! Praise GOD for the awesome report Jan!!!  Awesome news!  Yes, the weather yesterday was just wonderful.   My grandbaby did awesome yesterday and slept all night long.  YAY!!!  Do I enjoy homeschooling?  It has it's pros and cons.    But I know it's the best thing for our family with my hubby's work schedule change;  and public school is not an option for us, so back to homeschooling we go.

Hey all, Jan, so glad to hear you've come through with flying colors on your lumps in your neck. I hace one growing back from a surgery I had 5 yrs. ago. It's a submandibular tumor (non cancerous). They said they're like fatty tumors.I waited till it was the size of a golf ball before I had the surgery. I thought it was gone, but it's back.....Anyway, glad to hear your news. Praise God. I'm glad to see Patti on the board. We went through the pre-op class and surgery on the same day and have kept in touch. She's a very nice lady.Glad to see you on Patti. Well it's half a day for school today and I'm seriously thinking about Jan's suggestion and hiring out my kids....LOL Is there a child labor law here ? LOL Just kidding. You all take care and I'm anxious for the meeting. I haven't been in a couple months and I miss seeing everyone. Take care, Connie

Howdy Yall.... Well the dang bugs have hit my house big time...I have an upper respitory virus, Ada is on the verge of P-monia, M.C. & Heather both have upper respitory infections and my neices 1 yr old had broniacal P-monia!  Ada & I have about choked everyone to death with lysol lmbo!!  Appreciate prayers that this all passes for us all really soon!  Well Heathers mother and I took her to the OB doctor yesterday...They did another ultra sound and we got to see the babys heart beat....She is only 10 wks, so it's just a flutter at the moment but it is so amzing how much the lil thing changed from 3 weeks ago!!! The first one they did to help determin how far along she was, it looked like a lil pinto bean...Now it has head and body shape with lil nubs starting for it's arms!! And thank God... They checked again and there is only ONE!!!!!  Jan....So glad to hear things went well with your biopsy! A tan in Feb????? You lucky thing! Mine usually always comes from being in the pool but now that I have lost so much weight I think I am getting pretty close to the weight limit for the tanning bed. Never really been interseted in laying in one but been thinking about trying out just to say I have done it and JUST CAUSE I CAN NOW! lol lol.....Ada's boyfriends mom has one in her home and I think she is going to let me try it out in hers. Just got to find the time and the courage....I'm pretty close to being down 200lbs but it's still hard to imagin myself suitable for things such as laying in a tanning bed! What if my butt goes thru the glass??!!! Well I might have to think on it a bit longer now that I really think about it!!! Been pretty busy the past few days and I haven't had much time to text with Janet....But last I talk to her she told me her and Mike are planning on going away for a few days....Not sure where just yet...But Lord knows that girl could use a few days away from all the crazyness at her house! Wonder if she will make it out of there without something happening??? Unknown...Welcome to the board...Looking forward to seeing ya on the loosers bench soon! Keep us updated. Linda S..Congrats on the great 1 wk check up!!! Almost 14 lbs?? That is great! Keep up the good work! Danielle..Wow you have done great and look great too! Congrats! Hope everyone else is doing good....I am looking forward to seeing some of you the 25th....Getting my car all tuned up this week for the trip..Now all I have to do it keep an eye on the weather and hope it don't get to bad for me to come...I sure hope not cause I have my hopes up already getting to come and see everyone. It's been 4 months this month!!! Maybe I could get a prayer or two that the weather holds off during that time so I get to make it. Hope you all have a wonderful Friday and in case I don't get to make it back for a few days, Have a great weekend! God Bless each of you.... Luv & Hugs...Tammy~ammy

Tammy    Hi :)  Sorry to hear everyone is sick..  You feel the same way about the tanning bed as I do.. something I always thought about but was always big :)  If i had another 40 off i think i would try it this spring :)  My goal for the summer is to be able to wear capris, my calfs are so big but i am waiting for them to shrink, i love the way they look on people and hope i will be able to ... so a light tan would be perfect...    Oh well, I am babbling :)   I am doing better, able to eat egg, yogurt, and i tried baked potato last night for the first time..  was great..  thats about all that doesnt hurt me right now, but I have been craving Tuna salad so badly, i cant have it until Monday, but its getting closer..  I know it says we can have tuna, what about the miracle whip light?  Anyone know about that part of it???  I am really amazed at how much trouble I have not had, at least not yet.. not been sick once, just hurt in the stomach, no infections, at least not yet, don't want to jinx myself..  :)   I am doing OK, just dealing witht the emotions right now..  Blessings Cindy

Hello Missouri,
Heavenly sunshine yesterday and got rid of all that ice that was weighing down my trees.
Jan, the person has to have pretty extensive computer skills, Excel, Word, Power Point and we'd really like Web Press experience. It isn't that they don't have applicants it is that the state mandates so much pre-interview testing and there are about 4-5 positions open right now so we have to wait our turn.
I am so anxious to see everyone at COF on the 25th. I'm going to try to get to ANGELS on the 22nd too. I miss those folks. It seems really far up to that library to me - I'm an old fogey.
I had PT this AM and she said I could try to drive my car this weekend - shifting gears and everything. I am soooo stoked about that but not as much as John. My car gets about 30mpg and his that I've been driving gets about 15 so I'm sure ready to trade back. And he hates shifting my car all the time.
Gotta get to work - have stolen enough minutes for now.
Hugs to all of you - you are in my mind and prayers.
Lana
