having trouble

Hello all, It's been quite awhile since I've been on here. I had my surgery RNY in Oct 2006. During the last six months I've gained back 20 lbs. have bloating, just don't feel well, and my vegus nerve is dealing me a fit. I am unable to take my meds or vitamins due to the fact that they make me too sick. I get the shakes, upset stomach, diarrhea, lightheadedness, and dizziness (just to name a few symptoms) when I take my meds or eat.  I was supposed to see Dr. Scott about schlerotherapy several months ago, but due to lack of finances I didn't make it. I called today and found out he moved to St. Louis which is way too far for me to drive.  I have talked to Dr. Hornbostel and just don't get an answer. I'm feeling pretty lost and scared. What should I do? Are there any other doctors close to Springfield that might take me on? I have Medicare. Please if you have any suggestions or have dealt with a similar situation let me know how you dealt with things.  Thanks so much, Nettie

I heard that Missouri bariatrics got medicare approved so you might try calling them again to see the dr's there.
