Sorry I haven't posted in a while

Just wanted to pop in and say hi & see how everyone is doing.   It has been 3 months since my wls and I have lost 67 pounds!!!!  I have dropped from a size 22 to a size 12 in pants.  It just seems so surreal.  I just had to tell some one about my WOW moment.   Hope you all are doing well.   Layla

Layla...  WOW>. amazing, the 67 is all since the surgery??? I lost 34 before surgery last week, and it is funny we were in the store today, and I have never been able to wear capris because my calfs are too fat, and I said "I WILL WEAR CAPRIS THIS SUMMER :)"  i even looked at them but since i am just out of surgery, i have NO earthly idea what size i will wear in a few months..  I am in a 26.28 now pants, i was in a 30 32 and i can still wear them but they are HUGE on me *FEELS GOOD*  i started to buy a 22/24 because i cant imagine getting smaller than that in a few months.. i ended up buying nothing because an 18/20 would be wonderful :)  anyway, keep up the great work, i am ECSTATIC for you and can't wait for myself...  i feel like i have a new life ahead of me..  and I do :) blessings Cindy

Don't buy much of anything if you can help it. You just had surgery last week..WOW!!!I can't believe you are posting already!!! I have only had the sleeve so far myself. I will get the other half of the DS which is the surury I have listed this summer. Anyway, I have lost from a size 34 Layne Bryant(which is a size larger than most other places) to a size 26 in 9 months. The first few months I lost really quickly. I would wait until this summer because in 4 or 5 months you could be down 70lbs or more. I was down 75 at my 3 month check up and the smaller the size you are the quicker you go down. Just a side note-I just bought my first jeans in 10 years at wal-mart last night. I can finally shop in the normal stores..soon it will be the regular misses section for both of us!! Hugs-Amy
