AMEN to gas x strips... there are 18 in a box and the most i ever took at once was 2 but it says you can have 4.. i took them in the hospital.. They should help a lot Tammy, or you can use the gas x chewables, but i havent tried them, anything with simethicone in it.. How are things going, i have been wondering about you.. Have you had your one week appt yet?

If you get gas easily, stay away from the sugar alcohols. The SF candies have them and if you are sensative to them , you will want to call 911 after you eat them. For no explainable reason, I get diarrhea (explosive type) a couple times a week. No rhyme or reason either. Phyllis

Thanks for the help. I did get some Gas-x chewables and they did help.I go on the 12th for my first check up.I been having good days and bad days.I have loss the 10 lbs that I gained at the hospital plus 5 more since I have been home. Thanks again, Tammy
