Can't find ANY health insurance! Self employed

I have hypothyroid medicine, PTSD medicine, 275 lbs and 5'5".  I'm self-employed. I have a ins group looking for ins for me but I keep getting denied. I live in Boone County, MO. Right now I have Cobra family ins at $900 per month. My husband and daughter can be covered by ins but they denied me. We can't get off COBRA until I have ins some where. I'm really getting depressed and stressed. My husband is great and supportive. I can get a hug and a pep talk from him anytime.  I need someone that can help me look, someone that has experience, any tips or hints, someone. I just want health ins!!! It doesn't even need to have bariactric surgeries covered. Does anybody have any help for me?  Please.
