Hi Gayle I am so sorry I wont be able to make it tonight! I called the fitness lady but have not heard back from her. I hope that she is there tonight and I am very sorry I wont be able to. I said I was coming and then I didn't! Yesterday was my first day with absolutely no caffeine, and it hit me a lot harder than I expected it to. I thought it'd be ok because I've been weaning. Um, no. I left work early to go to the hematologist, and when I got home from that I just CRASHED and napped right through the meeting!

Next time...

My surgery is Tuesday the 12th, wish me luck!
