New Support Group

Hi!  I am in the process of starting a support group in the Ft. Leonard Wood/Waynesville area and thought I could use some opinions here!  How often do support groups meet?  I am thinking the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.  Also, which do you think is better--a day time group (at around 11) or an evening group?  My target date is for March 6th.  Also if anyone is interested, let me know--you can pm me. Awesome!!!  We need a group in that area.  I'm starting a new one in Sullivan to cover this area.   I think how often you meet is up to you.  I believe most meet once a month (mine will), but if twice per month works for you and your group - go for it!   I know some hospital-based groups meet weekly. 

Congrtualtionson starting one in the Sullivan area--one is needed there too!  Thanks for your thoughts--I know I can always change things if it doesn't work out for people to come twice a month--let the group make the decision because.  I am really excited! Vanessa
