5 month post-op pics up now!!

Hey guys!! How is everyone? The board has so many new people!! Whoo Hoo!! Welcome to the newbies. Things are going really well here. Been very eventful. I have been off work for a week because I had to have my gall bladder removed. Got the staples out yesterday.  Man that feel so much better. Well, after I finished with that I thought since I had been cooped up in the house for a week, I would hit the sale rack at Kohl's. I have absoluely nothing to wear. Well i found tons of sale stuff. I am down to a xl in misses and  ...drum roll...  I could actually get into a 16 now!!!Whoo Hoo!! 5 months ago I was in a 26. I honestly didn't think I could fit into them. I am still wearing my 20's and they are huge on me. So i completely skipped 18. LOL Anyway, I decided to wait on the pants just because I knew I had a box of 14/16 packed in the basement. It is the last box of smaller clothes I have left. So I bought a couple sweaters (good thing, we just got 9 inches of snow), a few shirts a cute skirt, and a pair of cargo capris that should fit in a month or so. Then I got home, pulled out the box and all my 16 fit but one pair. And it was because that particular brand runs small. I am so excited. I have clothes to wear. I was joking with my husband though and told him there were going to be more shopping trips in the future, all my reserves were used up. I have not been this small in a long time.  I started this journey at 321 lbs. Preop class I was down to 307. Day of surgery I was down to 288 due to the liguid diet. And today I am at 222.75. I am over halfway to my goal and I am only 5 months out. WOW.. I can't beleive it. I just uploaded my monthly pics for the last 3 months. I kept forgetting to post them. So Nov, Dec, and Jan pics are up, as well as a pic of my new puppy. She gets her first grooming today. Hopefully I can get out of the driveway.  I hope everyone is safe and warm. I can't believe how much snow we got. I am sopposed to drive to Illinois to get my stepson this afternoon. I hope the roads are cleared by then. Well, I hadn't ment to ramble on so much.
