Help! Surgery tomorrow I have a soar throat

Me and my kids have been sick since Saturday with a really bad head cold and fever.  I haven't had a fever since Sunday night.  I can now breathe fine through my nose and can take deep breaths. But I have a cough and a soar throat.  Do you think they will cancel my surgery tomorrow?  I have been waiting for this for a year and a half and if they reschedule it will be another month or two.

Angela i dont know about your doctor, but mine told me that unless i had a temp most things wouldnt make much of a difference....They can always give you iv antibotics but, and i know you dont want to do this but call your doctor before you go up there ...But i would say that if you are breathing fine and no fever you should be ok maybe you can go get some mucinex and take that, that stuff really is good. usually. Thanks Jan, I did call and the nurse said as long as I don't have a fever I should be fine but she had me call the anethegiologist to let them know. Angela
