Who are the PCPs in Kansas City North that are Supportive of Bariatric Surgery?

I thought I would post my question differently.
Does anyone know any primary care doctors in Kansas City North that will support, approve, and refer a patient for bariatric surgery? I am looking for a new PCP. I had one post of a physician in Parkville, but she is not on my Aetna Open Access physician listing.
I have just requested a copy of my medical chart from my current PCP to be copied. I am gathering other reports for inclusion, so I can have everything ready to go when I finally get to go for my surgery consult.

With not seeing a new physician a bunch of times or having any history with a doctor, it's going to be hard for me to go in and say, I am in search of a new PCP, but here's what I desperately want to do and will you help me achieve it?!

I Had never met Dr Beasly before wanting this surgery. I used to see Dr Stokes and Parkville Primary had been my PCP for years but yet I did not always go there. I went 2 years without ever seeing a doctor. but I called them up when I started researching and they told me they had a newer doctor there that WLS is her specialty in a sense. I have been going to her every 2 weeks and now I found out i really don't have to but I still choose to.
