I have my date!!! Jan. 30th

I had my pre-op day last Wednesday and got my surgery date of Jan. 30th at 10:00am. YEAH!!!!!!! Another member on here, AngelaT, has hers the same day right after mine at 11:00.  I was expecting it to be in February so I am very excited about getting it done so soon.  I am very excited and getting a little nervous, but not much. Also, how do you go about getting an angel?  I thought it might be nice to have one.

Melissa, Congrats on the date it will be here sooner then you think.  I have my surgery on Monday the 21st so you won't be far behind me.  Do you have to do a liquid diet before surgery?  I'm on week 2 of my liquid diet and it's not fun but part of the process.  I hope everything goes well for you keep us posted.   Bev~

Thanks Bev, No I don't have to do the liquid diet.  Thank goodness!!  I think I will have plenty of that after surgery.  Good luck to you on the 21st.  Keep us posted.

Hey Melissa! That's my daughter's b-day!!!!!! That'll be easy for me to remember!! I was thinking about you over teh weekend..hadn't been on the board in a while and so haven't checked to see where you were in this whole process.....WOW! I'm very happy for you...... As for the angel thing.....if you see someone out there you think might be a good one for you, just ask them......that's usually how it works...or you just put out a post asking if anyone would like to be yours.  I can't wait to follow your progress!!!!!!
