Hi, Connie: I ordered the "Any Whey Protein" on the following website... http://www.bariatriceating.com/anywhinpr.html You can use it in baking or soups and stews, hot cereals, peanut butter, cold cereals, etc....just about anything.  Please note it says "Virtually" Tasteless.  There is a slight taste but not much of one. Hope this helps you. Debbie D.

Connie... The protein supplements that I use are Isopure Low Carb Dutch Chocolate and Unjury (all flavors including the chicken broth)....   I have tried so many of them that are out there and these are the only ones that I can tolerate.  I have major issues with textures and aftertastes and the others that I have tried I just cannot tolerate at all... I know that this isn't a supplement but a food...  but eggs are an EXCELLENT source of protein if your tummy can tolerate them...   I am blessed that I do not have issues with eggs..if I did I don't know what I would do..    even as a dinner you can make a frittata ...   sooooo incredibly good.... Hope that this helps... Elizabeth~*
