Stressing

I am stressing about this!  I have been trying to get all the info together for my insurance company.  It has taken almost 2 1/2 years to get to this point. Now I cant seem to get all the info from all my dr apt to get to my surgen. I cant stand FAXES!!!   why is this so hard to do?  is this a sign that I do not need to get the lap band?  I am just getting fed up and stressed out.    

Deep breaths - I know its very frustrating.  I went to my doctor's office personally and handed them a list of things I needed.  This worked better than calling.  If that is not possible, just stay on them about it!  Remember, you are their customer and they work to make you happy. well spent my whole lunch on the phone and FINALLY got the call saying that they got all my info and they are goingt to submit my info to the insurance company today. I have to admit that I am in shock for some reason! thanks for your support.
