HOWDY YA'LL

Howdy Jan and everyone. Hope you all are doing ok. I got DSL YAYYAYAY Ive came up in the world. Finally the little town I live in got smart. Its great no more waiting to get on OH. Its great. Just to touch base with you all.. My sister Leta is doing great. She has her Tummy Tuck (Pintectomy)I think that is how you spell it. They cut her from hip to hip.To rid her of her apron of skin. They removed 13lbs of skin, which is alot for skin since it doesnt weight much. She said she had a little pain but not to bad. She did great. So if anyone in here is about ready to have it done, if she can do it you can. She is a big baby about things like that LOL ..(dont tell her that please). HAHA.  Well, today I had my preop for my neck lift, and reconstruction, If you all know me, (but to the ones who dont), Ive had a trach over the last 9.5 years and they removed it in May because I had lost so much weight. I didnt need it anymore.(ALL BECAUSE GOD HELPED ME). So they are going to fix it up and take off the excess skin around it. There is still yet a pen hole sized opening that just wont close up so they are going to go in and fix the cartliage and then the outside and do a lift. Iam kinda scared but, I know once again I got the Lord with me. Please remember me in your prayers.  Also, I want to thank my friend Jan for being there for me this past year. Its been the best year of my life. My life has changed so much you just wont believe it. I use to be a nurse but I was heavey set and couldnt do much. NOW, Iam so active and I want to run run run that I plan on being an EMT. I also got accepted in the Hair Acedemy in Kirksville so I can be a Barber....Also this spring Im running for City Counsel here in LaPlata. My friends here all want me to and they are going to back me. I will give it a try. First time for everything I guess. If you have noticed you're life does change alot after WLS. All through my years of being sick I had people taking care of me. NOW, I can take care of them which Iam. Makes me feel better to do so....I want to give back to the community also. I'll say it again. Praise God every day of your life for all this works. Tell Satan to get out of your life and leave you alone. Make him flee in Jesus' name. Push on and get things done. Make your life better. Its all worth it. Im glad I dont ever have to do this again. BUT, if I had to I would in a heart beat. God Bless you all..and much Love..........Craig Lee

Craig God does bless those who are faithful to him. Your life has changed so much but that is because you never deserted God when you started getting better .  It is a great pleasure to be your friend and to be able to call  you brother .  Will you have Leta call me after your surgery on Friday? I will be traveling but my phone should be ok and if she doesnt get me tell her to leave a message so i will know. I will do my best Friday night to do a whats Happening post on the first night of our trip. If i cant get one done on Friday i for sure will on Saturday night. It all depends on where we stay on Friday night.  You know i will be praying for you on Friday. God is good and will be there with you. Love and hugs Jan

Yay on the DSL Craig Lee!!!  I have cable internet and love it!!  Welcome to the world of high speed surfing.  Sounds like you're up and running full into life.  Good for you!!!!   Yes, God definitely takes care of you.  I'll be praying for your upcoming surgery. 

Craig, Congrats on the DSL, I have cabel internet now but would have DSL again if it were in the area I live in now. It is soo much better than dial up! So glad you sister did well with her tuck! Will be praying that your surgery goes well! Luv & Hugs....Tammy~ammy
