Welcome Patty, I am excited to hear about the start of your journey.  It was a year ago I started mine and 5 months ago (almost 6) that I had surgery.  I don't regret a minute of it.  I am down 61 pounds and doing so much more than I did a year ago.  Still have 150 pounds to go but it is amazing the difference.   Keep us updated.   Jennifer
