Hello, I have a question for post-op patients of Dr. Hornbostel.  I have bought all my vitamins already ahead of time.  My husband would not know what I was talking about if I sent him to the store.  I am having trouble finding 1 thing, though.  It says he wants us to take a multivitamin, calcium citrate, and B-100.  I have a multivitamin in liquid form and chewable.  I have chewable calcium citrate.  I cannot find B-100 in liquid or chewable.  What do you recommend?  Does the optisource vitamins have the B-100 in them? Kelly

Hey Tammy, I bought the Caltrate Brand calcium  at Wal-Mart.  It is in a purple box and it is chewable.  It was only like 5.50 for a months supply.  They have different options with Caltrate, so look for the purple box, chewable ones. Kelly
