WHATS HAPPENING THURSDAY

Did anyone get out today and go to the sales after Christmas? I wanted to but my knee wouldn’t cooperate with my wants. It was very stiff this morning so I didn’t get out . Besides with the drizzling rain I was afraid I might slip and fall on that knee , that wouldn’t be something good at all I wouldn’t think.

 

Tammy thanks for the really cute picture of you and yours. You have a pretty family, be proud of them all, I know you are.

 

Lana has surgery  this Friday on her shoulder. I know everyone will be praying for her.

Lana if you read this is someone going to call someone to let them know that you are ok? And have gotten thru the surgery part of this? I wish you well on the re-hab of it. That part isnt fun for sure.

 

TRACI: Sounds like you have everyone in the house busy today. Are you enjoying your office being in your sewing room?

Oh wow I like your mother in law love high thread count sheets. They are so soft and silky. That must have set her back a lot to get everyone new sheets. I hope to get out and go to one of the sales during this time and get me some new ones for my bed. I have 2 sets but would like some more. I need more than that if we have company like we did over Christmas. With 2 air mattresses and the couch to put sheets on.

 

 

 

TAMMY  V: I agree with Barbara that God was probably taking care of you , even tho it doesn’t seem like it, since you were so worried about being on the liquid diet.He just made you sick enough that you didn’t really want any food anyway. Lol. Who says God doesn’t have a sence of humor?

 

I hope your new place you move into will be all that you want it to be. It is so hard when you are renting. You never know what you are getting into until you are already there.

P.S. You will do great with the liquid diet now that you got started. And just keep your eyes on the prize.

Im so glad that you had a good Christmas and enjoyed your family , after all that is so good.  Thanks for the prayers. I know I can always use them.

Wow that is great on the 10 pounds lost. Great going. You will do just great I know and next year at Christmas you will have a new thing to thank God for. Your weight loss and how much better you feel.

I have gotten so use to sleeping on the couch with my foot propped up that it is hard to change it . but I have been lowering it every night some until last night I slept with it down on the couch , no pillows or anything, so hopefully I can do that in our bed,.

Hello OH family!  I haven't been on the computer for over a week now so I'm trying to get caught up on my reading.  I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!  I haven't been out today didn't get to bed until 6am this morning therefore I slept until 1pm and haven't been out of the house only to let the fur kids out.   Had a good Christmas but I'm really glad it's  over I want to get on with the new year and with my upcoming surgery things are moving pretty fast it seems.  I go to my preassessment on the 7th and start my 2 week liquid diet on the 8th then surgery on the 21st!  I'm getting a little nervous but mostly just can't wait for it to be over with.   I put on make-up yesterday for the first time in a very long time.  I haven't been wearing makeup cause I just haven't cared much about my appearance but I'm starting to care more.  I got some bare minerals make up for christmas and I really like it I don't feel like I have anything on my face and I like that.  I'm going to order some more items to complete my collection.  I really enjoyed watching my fur kids open their presents and run through the house chasing one another to take each other's toys and treats it was very comical.   Well, I guess I better get to bed I'm really tired.  Take care everyone and have a wonderful day! Morning everyone Today will be grocery shopping for me and some errands.  Tomorrow I'm getting a new Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy - so we're all going as a family to pick him up.  Jan:  it was my mother that got us the sheets.  My mom is a sheet snob.     She LOVES high thread count sheets and she gets them at Sam's, so they're not as expensive as getting them elsewhere, but still - not cheap.  They were oh so soft too!  My hubby did not get my office moved yesterday.  He ended up working on the budget and running some errands yesterday.  I think because we had the grandbaby here, he opted to wait until today to do the office moving - so it will be today that it gets moved.  Which will be better, since I'll be gone shopping and won't need my computer as much today.  Have a great day everyone. 

Good morning OH Well its done. Boy was it busy. My family came Sun and we did Christmas here and then Mon we went to my sisters for Christmas eve and mon we went to my sisters agin for Christmas with the friends. Yesterday I layed around all day and recovered because for four nights before Chrstmas I was up making candy and baking until 5 am. BOY was I tired!!! Today it's laundry and cleaning house. No rest for the wicked huh?? So I didn't lose 1 pund over the holiday and didn't move off my plan as a matter of fact I gained two pounds. Very disappointing. I hope everyone had a great holiday. I better get moving I have a lot to do today. Hugs
