Suggestions
Since I was out shopping alot recently..you can guess why. I started to carry a zip lock baggie in my purse with a small piece of jerky (high protien), a days supply of my vitamins, energy bar (that I break into piece and only eat as much as I'm supposed at a time) and a baby food little tupper with fruit puree in it and a plastic spoon. Last but not least a bottle of water. When my room mate and I go out the first thing she says to me is do you have your purse food?
I found it helped alot so I got my vitamins and water in and had some good protiens on me incase I felt weak. Hope this helps.
