plastic surgery

my go**** has been forever since i have been on here. i hope everyone is doing great. i miss talking to u all. but i have never forgot about my family here. i hope everyone is ready for christmas?????????????? okay i have a question? has anyone had any plastic surgery, to where the surgeon had an affordable payment plan. or do u have any advice for me on what i should do? i am sorry i have not kept up on here. but i do lurk, lol. and i have not forgot any of u and how u was so supportive. i luv u guys, merry christmas.
