MERRY CHRISTMAS

Merry christmas everyone, I think I am gonna make it now lol...it has been a long road for me and I wanted to thank everyone for prayers.  My sister is ok they put in 3 stints and she is home doing good. I didnt get to send cards out this year, but wanted to tell everyone to have a Merry Christmas and   and Happy  New year. does anyone have trouble sleeping? and does anyone take sleeping pillls? I havent sleep good since my RNY some nights I I dont sleep at all if I do it is cat naps.....  I love ya all....Vesta

try meletonin i think that is how it is spelled. it helps me if i use it.

i dont sleep any different than i did before surgery, maybe better or deeper at times when i take the  Meletonin.it works best when taken on a continuious basis and i forget it lots of times. you can buy it at wal mart in the vits section.  glad to know you are doing better.  How was your meeting the other night? Merry Christmas to you too Vesta!  I'm glad to hear you're doing better.  I take Valerian when I can't sleep; it works much better for me than melatonin.   I find Valerian at Walmart in the vitamin isle.
