Congratulations!!!!!  That's awesome!! I found this info on the Century Cards:

I've lost 100 pounds, how do I get a "century card"?
Currently we are not taking requests for century cards, as we are preparing for a system for members to be able to put their own cards on their page. This will be coming in the next few months.

I'm not sure if there's another web site or person out there who may make them or not.  Might be worth Googling to find out.
