I HAVE A DATE!!!

I got a call yesterday evening from Margie at Dr. Hornbostel's office.  I was shopping in Wal-Mart for Christmas.  I am scheduled for January 3.  Which works for me with my school schedule.  As to the insurance.  I have Healthcare USA which is a medicaid HMO plan.  I know there have been questions as to what he accepts.  Well it is time for start getting things in order.  I think it would be a good idea for me to have an angel.  If anyone is interested please let me know. Kelly congratulations on getting a date and one that will fit into your life. Isnt it amazing that the focus has changed now from one little phone call. lol  would love to be your Angel but i dont think i would be able to do you justice right now with my knee surgery tomorrow and dont know yet what the next month holds. If when i get out of the hospital if no one has volunteered let me know ok? We have some great people on here that make fantastic angels.

Congrats Kelly doesn't it all feel so real now?  Jan. 3rd isn't that far away when do you have to start your liquid diet?  I start mine on Jan. 8th after my assessement at the hospital on the 7th.  Good luck and keep us posted.....Bev

Hi Bev, Yes it is amazing.  I start my liquid diet on Dec 19.  I have my pre-op testing and internist appt on Dec 18.  I have my scope on Dec 13.  It is all happening fast.  I am really happy though.  I really wanted surgery before I had to go back to school.  I wanted to save my absences in case I need them after surgery.  I don't return to school until Jan 14th.
