3 Days to go if you don't count today!  I need to pack whatever I'm bringing.  Frankly I don't know what I will need.  So those who have gone before me please let me know what you brought.   Still doing well on the liquid diet.  I haven't cheated.  This is too important to me.  But I don't know if it was longer then the two weeks if I would make it....lol.

Peace in all you do,
Bel

Whoo Hoo!!!! Only 3 days to go!!!! I am so excited for you.

Let me tell you, I didn't use half of wha I took with me. The things I used the most were:

My own pillow.. I didn't use it like to sleep on, I used it to rest my arm on on the side of the largest incicion. It was a great buffer and the slight pressure made my side feel better. CHAP STICK!!! The most important thinkg. LOL No liquids for 24 hours after surgery. IT sucked. So chapstick helped. Also ask them for the mouth swabs. Thye will let you dip the swabs in water to wet your  mouth, tounge, and lips with water. It helped alot. I brought my own robe and slippers for the walks, didn't want my backside hanging out, even if I was doped up on pain meds. **see video in my profie of first walk OMG!! I was so out of it.**  Camera or video if you want to document the event.  List of people you want to call first after your surgery.  That way whoever is calling for you does not have to try and figure out which person on your cell is the one you want reached. :P LOL I didn't use much else. OH!! Another tip.. when they start you on the Isopure protien drink.. fill up the pink tub they give you full of Ice. You can get it down much better when  it is cold. Message me if you have any questions. ((HUGS)) and prayers, Rebecca
