Vitamin Question

I have a question about B-100.  I was told that I need to take B-100 and all I can find is a time release one.  I can't crush those which is something I will need to do after surgery.  Is B complex the same as B-100 does anyone know this?  Or can you tell me where to buy B-100 that isn't time released?  Thanks, Bev~

I take super B complex which has the amount of B100 in it that they want plus other b vits too that you need. I also take a B 12 shot 2 xs a month plus my multi vit. and calcium citrates...Wal mart has the super b complex and it is a pill that can be crushed

I do pretty much the same as Jan with the  vitamins. I would like to know what web site you used to get your avitar to switch back and from  one picture to the other? I have been trying to get mine to do that with  the help of a couple websites but all I got was confused! Please share info! Thank you

I take a B100 in a tablet form that I get at my Super Walmart - so you could crush those.  But I would think a B complex pill would also work.  As for your avatar, that would need to be in a .gif format to make it animated.  You can do that in Animation Shop that comes with Paint Shop Pro, at least that's what I use - but I'm sure there's other programs that also create animated graphics.
