More info on Chip

Sorry I am so late in posting but only got home at 6:00p.m.  Called Sharon and talked about Chip.  She had just gotten home and was going to rest as it was a long day.     Chip, is fine and has some pain but is sleepy and she requests that no call until tomorrow.  He did great  and thank you Lord for keeping him safe today and for guiding the hands of his physician.  He is on the 4th floor - West Unit at University Hospital in Columbia, Mo.  His phone number is 573-771-9449. Dear Colette, PRAISE GOD...Thank you for posting about Chip-and for being his angel. Your so awesome-and I am glad he has such an awesome support team. We will now pray for a speedy and uneventful recovery-and I disagree with Msvegg-(sorry) I believe the actual surgery itself was the easy part and getting to know the new pouch and such was the hard part. Everyone is different though, and he has a wonderful place to go for the support post op, so PRAISE GOD for that, as well.  Have a good Thanksgiving, Colette and keep us posted. I dont like to call anyone at the hospital, because I always seem to get them when they are resting!!  All my love and prayers. Janet
