Circle Of Friends Bariatric Support Group Reminder

Good morning everyone, Today is the day for the reminder for the Circle of Friends Support Group.   Our next meeting will be, Monday, November 26, 2007. The meeting will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This month's meeting will be held in Meeting Room B Also, for those of you that couldn't make the meeting last month.......members decided that we would have a protein shake "tasting" this month.  So if you can, bring your very favorite protein shake with you.  (Bring it already mixed up) Lana and Sugar have volunteered to bring cups for us. Thank you Girls!! For discussion this month we will focus on our wonderful support people.  What would we do without them? So bring your support person with you......but don't let them worry about being put on the spot to speak if they don't feel comfortable doing so. See you all there next week.
