I dont know if any of you have used this website or not, but I just found it and it seems to be very useful. The Daily Plate.com
It helps you to keep track of what you are eating along with the nutritional value of those items. By putting in your information it also helps you calculate the calories that you burn. (Even dusting the house or like I am doing right now, sitting at the computer burning calories) Check it out, it is free to join and it breaks it all down into calories, fats, proteins etc.
