Congrats on your surgery - what type did you have? Follow your surgeon's post-op eating instructions. If you have any specific questions - ask away.

Hi there,
Im not your age-but Tracis advice to you is right on-follow your surgeons instructions and I would recommend trying to find a support group for bariatrics. They will range in age-but it doesnt matter what age you are-we all go through the same things pretty much-some just have an easier go of it than others. Good luck to you! Janet
