Starting the process
Bad news, my weight crept back up again, so my BMI is back over 40. Good news, now Aetna is willing to consider me for WLS. I'm scheduled for my first psych eval next Tuesday, and my first consult with Dr. Edwards on 12/4. I hope a warped sense of humor doesn't qualify me a nuts. :-)
Highest weight:261 (2/07), First Consult weight: 242 (12/4/07)
Day of Lap Band Surgery: 213.2 (4/16/08)
Day of revision to DS: 208 (10/16/2009), Current weight: 138.0

WOO HOO....So your rollercoaster ride is beginning-LOL.... Congrats to you!!! Its exciting, nerve wracking and you will be anxious, happy, concerned and all of that-all rolled into one! One good thing is-you can ALWAYS come here-and we all understand and we will support you in any way that we can. If your anywhere near Springfield-we would LOVE to have you join us at the COF group (cuz I attend that one myself...LOL) on the 26th of this month. You will find it wonderful, as we do-Im sure.
