hey all,  Wanted you to know I am alive.  I read the forum when I can but don't have much time for posting.  Glad to hear those that have been banded and those that are doing well.  I am down 53 pounds since my band in July but haven't weighed in the last two weeks.  DH had a kidney transplant 9yrs ago this month and he had some rejection last week.  We spent 4 days in St. Louis University hospital trying to stop it and hopefully we did.  We will know more this week.   On the bright side, my Hopper girl is in remission on her cancer.  Gained all her weight back and has her energy back.  She still has to continue with her chemo but it is going well so far.   I plan on coming to COF.  I have to work all day so I don't know if I will be able to bring my protein mixed as I usually mix it with milk and I can't keep that all day at work.  BUT, I will bring my jar and anyone that wants to take some home to try can.   Hope all of you are doing well.  I think of you often and do read.  Will try to start posting more!   Jennifer

I have your DH in my prayers. I hope and pray that the rejection was stopped and that he has nothing but healthy days ahead of him.  good news on Hopper too.  looking forward to seeing you again at the meeting.
