Support Group Crashing

Hi all...  Does anyone know if an individual who did not choose to have their surgery at DePaul can attend their support group sessions? I had my surgery at St. Alexius, but it is simply too far to drive. DePaul is minutes from my office an a much more convenient location.  If not at DePaul, are there possibly support groups that are held in a different setting? I'm in St. Charles County and would LOVE something west of the river... Just wondered if anyone else happened to encounter the same issue.  Thanks! 

I attended a meeting at DePaul a couple years or more ago and I also at my surgery at St Alexius.  I don't recall there being any restrictions on my attending and they all asked me to come back, but it was too far for me to go.  I only attended because at that time, this Missouri board was really hoppin' - we had tons of regulars who posted, we even had a few picnics/gatherings where we all got together! and I went because several were attending that meeting and I wanted to support them at their meeting.  I guess the best thing to do is to call DePaul and ask (same for St Alexius).

I thought we were pretty revived and on here. lol if you meant the people in the St. Louis area i agree with you on that, not many in that area post and dont know why? I know on my whats happening post almost daily there will be like 30 to 40 views but only 5 to 8 that post. dont know why  wanted to say Hi and welcome to you and if you can get others to post that would be greaat. we love to meet new people.
