I am losing my mind with these people.  I have been approved for surgery since Oct. 16. I have called them several times since then to see when do I go there for my pre-op class, tests and find out my surgery date. No one calls me back. The couple times when someone did call me, they couldn't find my file, I think that is why no one is giving me any information, they don't know what to tell me.  Also, I was supposed  to have Dr. Scott as my surgeon, now I know he's leaving. I don't know who's taking over, they don't have that information either. Any suggestions?   Helen

When you call ask for Amy the office manager. She is the only one who seams to care. Good luck.

I know just how you feel as I just had to wait for them to move an get my papwerwork out to ins. GRRRRRR.... but they did so the only thing I can tell you is to be patient an keep callin like I  also did. Its sad that I had to say I'm comin up there to get my paperwork an fax it myself,then she call me like in 5 mins tellin me its fax . So hang in there it will get better.

Helen I was in there friday and I told them that they should come visit the board and see how angry we all are since noone ever seems to call us back and noone knows the answers to anything.... AMY KING is who you need to ask for she will help you with your issues.... there is a lot of changes that have happened there was a girl at the front that is gone now and Amy is there permanently as for Dr Scott it was a surprise to them also that he was leaving.... but its all good they just have to get their &*^&% together now and realize that we are all still here :)  Ask for AMY KING when you call though
