Gonna give it some more thought

I want to thank all you that posted to my posts. I have decided to wait a while longer and see if the low carb I'm doin is gonna work. I've lost 14 lbs since mid Sept. and am starting to feel a little better, so if this works this time I'll have made progress.

Jeanie i think that is wonderful and i hope it works for you i really do. If it does we are here and would love for you to keep in touch and let us know how you are doing , if it doesnt work we are here to help in anyway we can. Will pray that you are sucessful this time.  Jan

Thank-you Jan C. for the feed back. I do intend to stick around and stay intouch. This board helps me keep my head where it should be instead of where it was. I know from reading posts that there are a lot of people out there like me and we all need the help and love we get from others.
